Colorado Saddlery is proud to maintain the greatest warranty in the industry. Since 1945, we have proudly stood behind our handmade saddles with the famous Colorado Saddlery “handshake” warranty. Should you experience a problem, drop us a line. We cannot warranty saddles that have been abused, ran over by a pickup, or falling out of your horse trailer, but we do warranty our workmanship and materials. Please contact Colorado Saddlery prior to any return or warranty service at 303-572-8350. Photographs may be requested by Colorado Saddlery. Shipping charges may be paid by the purchaser.
